AI solutions consultancy
We find where AI saves your team the most time, set it up, train your people, and keep it working. You don't need to know anything about AI to get the benefit.
Contact usWe spend time with your team on site, learning how the work actually gets done and how long common tasks take. Fixed fee, agreed up front.
We present a plan to the owners: the specific tasks AI can take on in your business, how to check its work, and the hours it saves. You decide whether to go ahead.
We set up the AI tools for your whole team and train your staff on their own work. One of your people becomes your internal AI champion.
We stay on as your AI team: answering questions, fixing issues, adding new workflows and onboarding new hires. You pay only for the time we use.
When it makes sense, we also build custom software around your business.
Case study
Construction project management, Ontario
YYZed went from no AI to company-wide use. Davis Savage led the rollout and built the web platform the firm now runs on, with AI built into everyday work.
Contracts, purchase orders, payroll, site reports and supplier paperwork that used to live in spreadsheets and shared drives now sit in one place. AI reads scanned insurance certificates, receipts and contracts, and the system checks the data before anything is saved.
Figures as of October 2026, from YYZed's platform.
We started using today's AI tools almost as soon as they existed, and we've been building with them ever since. Corthal was founded by two Queen's Commerce students to bring that experience to businesses that don't have time to figure it out themselves.

Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
No. We handle the setup and train your team on their own work. Your internal AI champion becomes the first person staff ask, and we back them up.
We set you up on business accounts whose providers don't use your data to train their models by default, with admin controls you own. We also give your team clear rules on what to share and what not to.
The assessment is a fixed fee, scaled to the size of your business and agreed before we start. Ongoing support is billed only for the time we use. AI tool subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, so you always see exactly what you pay for.
Most teams use it for a few one-off questions. The gains come from building it into the work itself: your documents, your spreadsheets, your recurring tasks. That's what we set up.
The assessment takes one to two days on site. Setup takes about a day. Most teams use AI in real work within the first week of training.
Yes. We meet owners, run assessments and train staff in person in Kingston. Support is remote, so we're reachable year-round.
Tell us a little about your business and what takes up your team's time. We'll reply within one business day.
